Power Hour: Making Minutes Count

A comprehensive homework help and tutoring program, Power Hour is designed to raise the academic proficiency of Club members. At the beginning of each school year, members have the option to sign a “Homework Contract” designating a certain amount of time each day to completing schoolwork. Once the contract is also signed by a tutor and the member’s parents, we work with the children to uphold their end of the agreement by helping them complete their schoolwork and ensuring they understand the material.

Power Hour runs every day during the school year until late in the afternoon, giving all of our members a chance to receive any help they may need with homework. Our commitment to the academic success of our members wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of the Clementi Family Charitable Trust, the Progin Foundation, and the George Wallace Foundation.
