We at the Club love to see our members express themselves creatively, and try to provide as many ways as possible for them to do so. One of these is through theater and drama, where kids interested in acting have the opportunity to have fun while learning valuable skills in communication, teamwork, public speaking, memorization, movement, story and character analysis, and storytelling through games and two or three mainstage performances a year.

Members who may be shy of the spotlight or more interested in the technical aspect of theater may be interested in becoming involved in the stagecraft aspect of the theater program. Over the course of a production, kids in the program will have the opportunity to explore all of the backstage elements that go into a theatrical production through hands on exercises in stage lighting, costuming, sound and set design, and more.
